At the beginning of the year, our Mission and CDW teams came together in Chicago for our sales kickoff. Here are some highlights from our SKO and my excitement about where we're headed in 2025.
The Power of Mission + CDW
Our acquisition has sparked questions, so let me be clear: Mission is the same 100% AWS-focused partner you’ve trusted for 7+ years now. We’re dedicated to our alignment with AWS segments, districts, verticals, and sales motions and will continue to focus on AWS and AWS only.
Combining CDW’s scale with Mission’s innovation and specialized AWS expertise opens up incredible possibilities for our joint customers and sellers.
- CDW just won Channel Marketplace Partner of the Year at re:Invent, with $300M in Marketplace revenue in 2024. We have high aspirations to double our marketplace revenue in 2025!
- Mission won Security Partner of the Year for the second year in a row.
- We recently launched Mission Cloud Secure, a new ISV Accelerate SaaS product that will bring together CrowdStrike, CDW, AWS, and Mission to improve security for our customers while providing all the PPA and other ISVa benefits to AWS customers and sellers.

New Capabilities & Resources
This partnership allows us to serve AWS customers in new ways. We're gaining access to new capabilities through CDW in areas like CrowdStrike (NG Siem, for example), AWS Connect, VMware, and Nutanix - all aimed at delivering more comprehensive solutions to AWS customers.
CDW has approximately 250,000 customers, many eager to start or accelerate their AWS journey. Together, we will help these organizations transform their businesses on AWS.
Our 2025 Focus
To support our growth trajectory with CDW, we’re making key investments. We're expanding our sales organization by 50%+ and adding a supporting headcount across service delivery.
Our SCA goals remain front and center - MAP, Generative AI, VMware migrations, Marketplace, and more. The kickoff reinforced how aligned both organizations are about driving AWS adoption and customer success.
This is just the beginning of an exciting journey ahead.

While our core offerings remain the same, this acquisition allows us to expand into new project types and solutions. With CDW’s backing, we can offer expanded solutions, a broader geographic reach, and access to additional expertise and tools. This creates opportunities to cross-sell services that were previously outside our scope.

Mission operates as CDW's dedicated AWS practice within the Digital Velocity organization, maintaining its cloud expertise while leveraging CDW's extensive technical capabilities and resources to enhance our solutions for customers.
