While currently using Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI, the company wanted to explore whether a more cost-effective model training solution was possible with AWS and turned to Mission Cloud for help. Mission developed a highly performant and cost-optimized storage solution using Amazon FSx for Lustre for the company to train its large language model on AWS.
The company enlisted Mission Cloud to leverage the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and AWS-native AI services so it could automate the existing manual process of creating and reviewing captions and add the capability to automatically translate content for dubbing in any language desired.
With the help of MAP funding through AWS, Mission Cloud was able to develop three new revenue-generating solutions. These solutions allow myTheo to offer its customers a unique offering that sets it apart from competitors and creates a proprietary advantage. The company is now preparing for the next phase of the migration acceleration program.
